Striking & Finishing Camp
CAMP OVERVIEW
Ages: U9-U12 (2014-2011)
*Open to players from any club or academy affiliation
We all know that players LOVE scoring goals. We also know that players are always wanting a more powerful and accurate shot. This camp is designed specifically for them! Players who attend this camp will leave with a better range of techniques and the ability to score more goals. The curriculum covers many aspects of shooting from one touch finishing, 1v1s to goal, volleying, driven shot (aka POWER SHOT), etc.
Typical Schedule:
8:30-9:00am Drop off + Free Play
9:00-9:30am Meet & Greets + Warm-Up
9:30-10:30am Shooting Technique (close to goal)
Shooting from crosses
Volleying
1 touch finishing
Runs into the box
10:30-11:30 Shooting Technique (further from goal)
Shooting with power
Break away shooting
Free Kicks
11:30-12:00pm - Finishing Games
12:00-12:30pm - Scrimmage
12:30: Pick Up
