PORTLAND --- BCSA Academy Director Cris Lewis has been promoted as the new Director of Player Development. Lewis will be responsible for guiding the development of players throughout their duration at BCSA as well as leading and managing the player development pathway and programs, with the primary responsibilities encompassing leadership, vision and development.
“Cris has been integral in the continued success of Bridge City with her dedication in her work as the Academy technical Director,” said BCSA Director Rochelle Hearns. “Cris's dedication to player development is her number one priority and it shows in the players she works with. She will do an amazing job and our BCSA players will grow under her leadership.”
As the Player Development Director, Lewis will also oversee the execution and oversight of player development programs which include the Pre-Girls Academy Program, the Idaho Soccer Developmental Camp, and other related player development programs.
